A '''"Unit"''' refers to any sort of collectible character. Units are obtainable from [[Summon|banners]], portals, and [[Gamemodes|challenges]]. All units are able to be placed during stages and will deal damage to enemies or earn money each round. Units you have gotten can be viewed at the collection npc.

Some units' damage is split based on the number of hits per attack, if your unit has an attack stat of 500 and hits 5 times per attack, each hit will do 100 damage.
*[[File:SPA.png|frameless|20px]] '''Attack speed''',  commonly referred to as SPA (Seconds Per Attack), is the amount of time a unit takes between attacks. Keep in mind this does include a unit's attack animation, which at times can be almost instant or extremely short, if your attack speed is fast and the unit has a long animation, you can cut the animation short, you will not deal less damage if the animation is cut short. Upgrading a unit and granting it a new ability resets its SPA, and initiates its attack animation for the new ability.

If a unit has already begun its attack animation while an enemy is within its range, the attack will continue on whichever enemy it originally targeted even if the enemy leaves the unit's range, if the enemy dies before the attack animation is over, wherever the enemy dies is where the rest of the attack will continue.
